Pay the first month
$85, paid in advance. Monthly after that.
Move in
I'll call to set a move-in time, check your registration and insurance, and show you your spot.

Townsend, in southern New Castle County. An easy run from Middletown, Odessa, Smyrna and the Route 1 / Route 13 corridor.
